Ernie graduated from the Berklee College of Music. After playing in many bands, he met Sib Hashian and Barry Goudreau. A few impromptu jam sessions led the trio to play live on a popular Boston rock radio station. This exciting opportunity inspired them to create the band, Ernie and the Automatics.
It didn’t take long for Tim Archibald, Brian Maes, and Michael Tunes Antunes to join the band.The band’s first gig was opening for the Legendary B.B.King: They received a standing ovation!
